Webster Bank offers superior banking and financial services and often needs to education and advertise their services to their customers. Working with their marketing firm, Summit was engaged to develop a custom mass mailing solution to deliver custom HTML-based e-mailings, on an on-demand basis.

Summit was able to quickly turn-around custom e-mail campaigns and execute their delivery. Custom reporting and other statistics were offered as part of the solution to aid Webster in gearing its next e-mail campaign. As a result of the mailings, Webster customers are utilizing more of the on-line services that Webster provides such as on-line bill pay and paper-less billing statements.
