TNS FYI is a leading new product forecasting and healthcare/pharmaceutical modeling service provider. For more than a decade, their broad range of experience, accurate forecasts and normative databases, combined with flexible and cost efficient diagnostic and research design have benefited numerous clients in a wide variety of industries. TNS FYI’s executive staff includes some the industry’s most experienced forecasters. Their proven models have been well validated over time and across sectors.

FYI required enhancements to several of their critical, proprietary applications, including their new product forecasting modeling software and normative database reviewing software. Updates were also required to be made to the design of the normative database. FYI lacked the expertise to perform these updates and their sister corporations already had full slates of development projects and could not address FYIs issues in a timely fashion.

To get the required work completed in a reasonable amount of time, FYI called upon Summit Technologies. Summit's consultants quickly made the necessary changes to FYI's applications and normative database and worked with the FYI staff to generate and implement appropriate testing to ensure that all changes to FYI's critical applications were correct.

FYI was able to upgrade their critical applications and database in a timely fashion and can now provide their clients with improved accuracy from their forecasting modeling applications.
