DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY HEADQUARTERs (IT NOVA)

Since 2008, Summit Technologies has provided a full range of Operations and Maintenance support for the Department of Homeland Security (Headquarters) Network Operations Center contract managed by Lockheed Martin under its DHS IT-NOVA contract. This contract consolidates IT functions for DHS' 22 component agencies and offers uniform standards and metrics, homogeneous software and hardware and standardizes support services. The systems support Summit performs sustain the DHS Enterprise at the highest levels of 24x7 service availability. The Operations & Maintenance Services range from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to fully managed service solutions with service level agreements (SLA).
