Summit Technologies, Inc. has permanent employment opportunities for VTC Technicians with AMX, Xtron, Polycom or Tandberg experience in an enterprise VTC setting. These full-time positions are located at multiple sites in Washington DC

• 3+ years of experience in using AMX, Xtron, Polycom or Tandberg VTC systems.
• AMX, Xtron, Tandberg and/or Polycom Video Conferencing certification a plus.
• CTS certification.
• Experience in troubleshooting network components between VTC system segments and understanding of telnet, remote login, and other related commands.
• Working knowledge of H320 and H323 protocols preferred.
• Microsoft certification and/or A+ certification preferred.
• Must have DoD Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and  10+ years of experience or equivalent experience, training, certifications preferred.

Will be required to pass a thorough background investigation, including possibly a credit check and drug screening.
