Summit Technologies, Inc. has employment opportunities for a Senior IA Specialist to work out of our Mclean, VA office. The position requires that you be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret clearance.

• Must have at least 7 years of security engineering and information assurance experience preferably with the DoD.
• Should have subject matter expertise knowledge in at least one security solution (HIPS, SOA, Encryption, Threat Analysis, Forensics, Identity Management).
• Will be knowledgeable with certification and accreditation process (DIACAP).
• Will have familiarity with Continuous monitoring, situational awareness, working experience with United States Cyber Command.
• Must have product evaluation, testing, design, engineering experience. Prefer experience conducting formal trade studies.
• Familiarity with HBSS or other Intrusion Detection / Prevention Systems highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), DoD 5200.1
• Must be able to obtain DoD 8570 IAM cert such as CISSP, CISM, GSLC.
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret

Will be required to pass a thorough background investigation, including possibly a credit check and drug screening.
