We look for solid technical fundamentals within various technology disciplines and previous work experience in complex environments; typically in an enterprise setting. Additionally, we look for candidates that have strong interpersonal skills; they have to be responsive to client needs and pay close attention to every customer detail. Successful candidates look to provide our clients with creative problem resolutions and offer long our client’s solutions with a long-term outlook. We look for well educated candidates; a college degree and/or candidates that demonstrate continuing education through professional and/or industry recognized certifications are preferred.
