Mr. Paul Patel

President & Chief Executive Officer

Paul Patel is one of the original founders of Summit. Mr. Patel has an extensive background in the computer industry, including sales, technical support and service both in the Federal and Commercial markets. Mr. Patel is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and general management of Summit. His key focus is new business development and developing strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. Mr. Patel received an MBA in Finance and International Business and a BS in Accounting, and brings over 20+ years of progressive experience to Summit.

Mr. Christopher Calma, CISSP, CISM

Chief Information Officer

Christopher Calma is one of the original founders of Summit. Mr. Calma provides Summit and our clients technology guidance leveraging his 20+ years of progressive knowledge in systems architecture, design, database, and web development skills. Mr. Calma received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Prior to starting Summit, Chris consulted for several prominent Fortune 500 corporations.

Ms. Smita Patel, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Smita Patel received a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Hartford and a BS in Accounting from MIU. Ms. Patel completed her CPA requirements, working most recently at Ernst & Young prior to joining Summit. Ms. Patel and her staff handle all financial, accounting, payroll, and taxation aspects, including compliance and regulations with federal and state policies.

Mr. Chan Park, PMP

Vice President, Business Development

As the Vice President of Business Development, Chan Park provides overall guidance and strategy for business development, as well as building relationships. He brings more than 23 years of IT experience in Operation and Maintenance, Software Development and Project Management. Prior to joining Summit, Mr. Park held various management positions at HP Federal, MCI, Fannie Mae, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. He also served six years as Air Force Reservist. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science and MBA with minor in Information System. Mr. Park is certified in ITIL Foundation (v2 and v3) and trained in Lean Six Sigma.

Mr. David Robinette, PMP

Vice President, Federal Solutions

As Vice President of Federal Solutions, David Robinette is responsible for facilitating thought leadership and the execution of innovative and cost-effective solutions with our clients. Mr. Robinette also leads our internal teams to accelerate the creation and adoption of new products and services based on existing and emergent technologies. Prior to joining Summit, David held various IT technical consulting and management positions with IT management consulting firms, working closely with various IT vendors, Fortune 500 companies and Federal Defense and Civilian agencies. Mr. Robinette has consulted to OCIO offices to drive innovation and adoption of technology, define and refine business process and has successfully managed multi-million dollar programs.
